Receipt of conference materials

All conference material will be available at the registration desk in Zurich Foyer outside the Zurich Ballroom of Chicago Swissotel, starting 1 PM on 6 July 2017.

Refund policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by 30 June 2017. All cancellations will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. After 30 June 2017, registration fees are not refundable.
