Registration rates are reported below here.

* Cost for accompanying persons to attend the welcome reception at the Sea City Museum and Banquet dinner at the Winchester Cathedral.

Refund policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by 30 June 2019. All cancellations will be assessed a £50 cancellation fee. After 30 June 2019, registration fees are not refundable.

Child care arrangements

Free onsite childcare arrangements for the duration of the conference may be provided upon reaching a threshold number of requests. If you are interested in such arrangements, please get in touch at tsfp11[at]soton.ac.uk.

VISA for travel to the UK

If you require a VISA to travel to the UK and need an invitation letter, first register on this page, pay the conference fee and then contact us to obtain an invitation letter.

Registration form

Registration to the TSFP11 conference is a two step process. On this page, we first require your contact/affiliation details for the name badge, plus dietary requirements for Banquet and Reception. If you have an accompanying person, please indicate so, including their dietary requirements. You will then be directed to the online store of the University of Southampton for the payment of the registration fee. We accept PayPal of Credit Card payments, the latter with a small fee. This will require you to create an account on the online store. Please remember to select the appropriate registration fee (e.g. Full or Student) and to pay the costs for the accompanying person (if you have any), in addition to your registration fee.
